Dedicated to Christ and the marginalized, fostering a legacy of perpetual devotion & Evangelization.
The need for qualified personnel in all fields of evangelization remains a growing challenge. As societies evolve with new demands and inventions, the Evangelizing Sisters of Mary rise to the call of Christ's Mission. They go out to meet people - not waiting for the people to come - evangelizing in and out of season, reaching neglected areas and walking alongside the marginalized, fully identifying with their struggles as Christ did.
As an African Religious Missionary Congregation, the Evangelizing Sisters of Mary continue to grow. While the community experiences many vocations, cultural challenges persist. In some regions, outdated customs such as dowry-based marriages still hinder girls from pursuing religious life. Despite this, the Sisters remain committed to enlightening families and empowering young women to follow their calling.
Many parents still see this vocation as a life wasted. Therefore, the Congregation continually works to educate communities, helping them embrace a faith-based culture rooted in Christ's love - one that aligns with the signs of the times and the mission of the Church.
